Hi

I'm guessing what you actually mean is: how do I charge a BdC Issued VCC on behalf of a guest reservation?

1. When you enable BdC Online Payments, and a guest pays BdC at checkout  
   1. BdC hold the funds; then the system generates a VCC card for that value and attaches it to the reservation details page but as hidden;  
   2. Until one day after the scheduled arrival date. At which point the details are revealed.  
   3. You then if not already done so ,setup a partner account with a payment service provider to then charge against that VCC.
      1. examples
         1. sumup.com
         2. payrexx.com
         3. stripe.com (used in conjunction with a PSP)

Where are you based as there may be different PSP providers in your region?

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
