Virtual Credit Card

Hi, I would need some help regarding that the Virtual Credit Card is active and ready to be charged. But when I try to click on the Button "View credit card details" it is not possible. The button is inactive, please can someone help me. Thanks in advance /Petra

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

thank you for your answer - the stay was 7 days and it is already almost a week ago when the guests left. I called there today and they could hopefully help me I will see in 2 days
