Virtual credit card
I have been trying to get paid for a virtual credit card booking since the end of May 2021.
I am using a Square Payment System and it keeps rejecting the card and saying use a different card.
I spoke to Kyle from booking.com who told me I would be paid but the end of June but no payment has arrived into my bank account as yet.
I also told Kyle I would not accept any more Virtual Credit cards from booking.com and he made sure my bank details were on the system for this one payment only.
I have also spoken to another colleague last Friday who asked me to be a little more patient as it was Friday afternoon and they would deal with my enquiry first thing Monday morning.
In the mean time I am being told that if I don’t pay booking.com for their invoice for the payment I have not received my account will be suspended and I will be unable to take any more bookings.
