Virtual Credit Card
Good day
I have a problem with virtual credit cards. We had a few guests paying online then we get a virtual credit card to do payment on our side as soon as it is available. But for some reason it always said I successfully charged the total amount and I never did. The money is not reflecting in our bank account so what do I do now
contact the payment service provider you are using, make sure you are correctly setup for redeeming VCC. VCC are not CC.

Thanks for your response, but I never even gotten a chance to process it.
When I go onto booking.com it says I already processed the virtual card and I never did. Thats what I dont understand. And if I try to process it on the card machine it says unsuccessful
