We're having a problem in getting payments via Virtual Card. We can't take payment for 2 guests and they are using the Virtual Card.

Is it because you dont have suitable device or sumup.com virtual terminal?

Only other option is cash on arrival, or switch to BdC payment as prepaid.

do we need to send mail with references for the confirmation of payment maid?
