Virtual Credit Card mistakenly made refund

Dear colleagues, we have an issue with virtual credit card from your agency.

342***  Evgeny Ch*** dates of accommodation 15-16 of september. We charged the credit card on 15 of september and on 16 of september we made a refund mistakenly on the same credit card. , could you assist us send a new VCC so we could charge id and close the case about this reservation.
