I can see the view vurtual credit card details tab but when I click on it, it tells me to sign in again to view the card details and when I do I get a screen that comes up saying " you are not able to view the credit card details" 

I have called booking.com regarding this and after more than 30 minutes on the phone they couldnt help me. 

Please can someone tell me how I am going to get my money?

That will be correct when it is not at least 1 day after the guest must check-in. then and only then will you be able to reveal the VCC.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
