Virtual Credit cards / BOOKING.com not releasing my payments

I had set up my to received Virtual Credit card's from Booking.com without the under standing many credit card point of sale machines do not accept these. I use Stripe a very large company that does not process these. After a year of receiving POS and then being informed by Booking.com that I had to turn off the VOC feature they would process my payment through my Bank. 1 year has gone by and Booking.com will not release my payments of over $2,000 USD. If anyone else has gone through this *** then please advise. I do not know if they will ever release my payments because I read one of their clauses that they will keep the money if the VOC payments are not processed. This is theft.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
