We are unable to view a guests credit card
We have a guest that the credit card that was used for his reservation was lost at check in and a new card used. The original card is the card that was to pay for his room and only his credit card was to be used for incidentals. He does not have that card, as his company made the reservation for him. We need access to the reservation details to get that credit card number that was used to book the room. Can you assist?
