what does written off invoices means?

i marked my invoices as dispute but booking.com did'nt considered it as dispute even i messaged the whole scenario to booking.com

After few days booking.com marked my invoices as "written off". My property is no more live on booking.com

Kindly guide me what should i do to bring back my property live on booking.com
