Where is my money?

I rent out my houses and you were goding to pay at least beginning of August… bit you havens still paid me yet.. Why?

 

When i go in to economy on my sight it Said you gonna pay me 11 of september but today it say 16th september.. How come? I dont want to rent out my house and you get the money.. i do not understund the reason..why you keep my money?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
