Where is my payment?
It said next payment would be the 3rd august and then today when I logged in as normal, there was no payment showing and the next payment date has changed to the 10th? What’s happening?
Don’t worry. I’ve just seen that others are experiencing it too. Guess I’ll just wait and see then like everyone else

They breake some Rule policy from our contract !

If this is true, it is absolutely outrageous! No regard for Hosts whatsoever.

I have the same problem too. Just spent 20 mins on the phone waiting for an Adviser but got cut off!
Yup same. I’ve tried to speak to someone so many times and literally everytime the chat crashes and I have to start again or I get hung up on by a machine 😢
