Why didn’t I receive my cleaning fee

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this as we cannot see the booking.  Have you checked out the report under Finance to see what amounts shown there.

You could try giving help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

If you ope nyour reservation details page for a recent booking you will see up top:

Total price ................ Commissionable amount  (these two match)

Commission and charges: (underneath)

BdC are applying their commission against rate+ extras

I'm pretty sure this came up before and how Partners were disgusted they had the neck to apply the commission against extras such as cleaning fee.

I agree its wrong and should be exempt.
