Why i am getting tax invoices?

I am getting message regarding  out standing for rs. 9446.76 In this connection it is intimated that I did not received any booking from your side. People booked and they never returned and many times i received false booking, complain in this regard i have booked so many times through mail, but no action was taken. Guest booked and cancel the booking many times. My experience is not being good with booking.com.  Now you are sending me the outstanding amount message which is not acceptable. Ultimately today I cancel my listing on your site.

  • You not understanding is the issue , you must mark No Shows or use the dispute feature on the statement page.
     
  • Worst case just contact them outlining what happened.
