Why im being charged for no applicable booking

My issue for December 2023 report is still not solve.

Im not going to pay this invoice until its corrected, i haven’t got any proper reply or call from booking 


Can you please look into this seriously!!!

This not the first time this happened to me.

And this guest has damaged my apartment and ran away early in the morning with any info.

 


I think i will close my property from booking.com if this is no solved.
