Why until today I cannot have a proper access to the guest's card and i have a 3 property on Booking.com
Why until today I cannot have a proper access to the guest's card in order to secure payment in case of cancellation?
Last year i lost a lot of money because the bokkin.com didnt reserve money from the guests card and afterward at the last moment when the booking.com send me there details - shows that there is no money on the guest card.
On my other properties i do not have such a problems.
Please fix it, so i can place other properties in order to continue a good business.
