Withholding Tax
Under Thai law we are required to apply Withholding Tax to all services and that includes commission. Booking.com is registered in The Netherlands but payments are made to a Bangkok bank. I see there is a Tax ID but which address do we use on the Withholding Tax form and do we send the original to that address as well?
