Wrongly charged Commission


  I have been charged 47k as Commission, when i havent made a single booking through booking.com. As intructed by your finanace deptartment, I tried to mark the guest as no show, but unable to do so, as the option is available nomore. This is the first time I have advertised through your services, and I would like further help to resolve the situation.

If a guest doesn't show up you need to do the No Show straight away.  Otherwise how does booking.com know and you will be charged commission.

You have posted this on the partner forum and not the Help desk.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
