30 night minimum
I don't have a permit for short term stays and I want to rent my home for 30 plus nights. During set up I cannot locate how to put a minimum stay-- and several help notes say that the minimum stay must be 7 days or less. How to I set up a 30 day minimum? Do I have to formally go "Live" to be able to adjust the minimum stay?? Thanks for any help!
in that case just enable a Monthly Rate plan.
disable or remove the other rate plans.
short stay is less than 28 days
no you just create a monthly rate plan and review calendar in list mode to see the min length of stay .
likely will be 28 days since shortest month is 28 .
