If late l have been receiving reservations and after few days l receive a cancellation. It has happened many times from last year and this year too. And after every reservation l do send a message of welcome and assurance of the availability of the rooms to every guest 


What might be a problem that causes them to cancelle?

update your New Reservation template to take prepayments, and define the process and methods such as 3rd party payment links, and a time limit before you cancel their reservation.
