*** and *** They booked 10rooms from 15th July to the end of August 2021.

I asked deposit but no answer. You can check from message from I to them.

Peak time booking and I worry that they shall cancel booking suddenly or no cancelation and no show.

Match also they booked many rooms and no cancel and no show.  I tied to talk with them but no reply.

I want make example more 4  rooms mast to pay deposit or?

If continue like this case, I have to close our hotel. Please think about this problem.

Yes once the time limit for deposit min 24 h after reservation placed, you then open the details page, click Request Cancel, option1 and follow the steps.

I think it can take up to 48 hours from then for it to fully process.






Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
