ACCOUNT BLACKLISTED AS NOT BOOKABLE OWE 9EURO BUT BANK WANTS 15 EURO TO PROCESS -HELP

My account has been locked as I owe €9.00 but to pay it I have to use a BANK and they are going to charge me €15.00 to process.  People cant book so no income!!

Is there an easier way to pay and I was never warned that my account would be locked!!

 

Please help me

And is there a telephone number I can contact you on?  Can I pay using PAYPAL or credit card??

Hi John, 

If the property has been closed due to an outstanding invoice, the balance will need to be brought back to zero before the property can be reopened for bookings on the platform. Once the invoice has been paid, it can take a couple of days for the payment to be reflected in the extranet. The process is outlined in more detail in this help article

The options for paying invoices are listed under the Finance tab in the extranet. you will have the option of a manual bank transfer or setting up a direct debit. 

To send a message to the Finance team, or to find a local partner support phone number, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages.

On the right hand side of the page, you will be able to compose a message to Finance, and access the local support number.
