This account does not have permission to add properties.


I am trying to add two existing properties/listings to my profile as I wish to manage the bookings all under one profile. 

However, when i go to add the existing properties to my profile, I get this error in a red box after I have added the login name and password of the existing properties. 

I cannot understand why my profile is unable to add more existing properties to it. 

Can anyone help me with this please?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
