Account has been disabled


I logged in a couple of hours in parents name, from my home in Zagreb.

They live in another city and I needed to ask guests at what hour they are coming (tomorrow) in their behalf.

Now I tried to see if they answered and got message "Account disabled for security reasons"  even though we have two-step verification enabled.

Now I can't access the booking to see if guests, that are due tomorrow, answered at what hour they are coming.

How can I enter our account?
