Activation of listings

Hello,

every time I create a new listing on Booking.com, it takes several weeks to months for my listing to be activated. Currently, I am waiting for almost two months for the activation of two ads. Whenever I contact the support, I always get the same email template, which does not help me at all.

What can I do?
