Adding a space to an existing listing

Hi all,

At the moment i have 3 rooms listed under 1 property ID but i want to add another and cannot see how to do this.  I'd obviously like all the spaces i can list under the same property ID.  Can someone please advise on how to do this?

Hi Teresa Payne

 

Just to be clear you want to add an additional room and not an additional unit such as a back garden standalone unit e.g. guest house .

 

  • Simply open Extranet  
  • Go to Property Menu  
  • Open Room Details, here you define a room type, click PLUS.
  • Now define and select the room.  
  • Yes the options may be limited but you will have to select a room type name/label from a preset list on a drop down.
