Additional bed

I have set up an additional charge for an additional bed.   Sometimes guests ask for the additional bed and I am asked to accept this for free or for a charge. I can then add the charge. But if the guests don't request this, but email me, I can't then add an additional charge?

hmm fair point, but i think all you need to do it make sure the roomtype setup has a policy set for extra beds and fee set..


then message partner support to add it on to their booking or better yet take it directly and its commission free.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
