adjusting minimum staying time

Hi,

I can nowhere find the menu for adjusting the minimum staying time conditions.

Went to calender, marked dates.. no "minimum staying time" menu on the right.

Would appreciate, if someone could tell me where it hides!

also some are hidden by default so you need to request them.
