Hi, need to know how to update my main page. currently states linen and towels are at an extra cost but the room amenities page I have listed as free - I cant contact anyone at booking.com...?
Hello Annette Phillips! Thank you for posting in the Community! It seems that an additional fee is applicable for towels and linen at your property. In most cases this can be removed from your side by going to "Property" and then choose "Policies". Under the section "Additional fees & charges" you should be able to change this information. In case you do not see anything there, please send us a message via your Extranet's "Inbox" by clicking on "Booking.com messages". Best of luck!
