Anyone else have a problem with mobile rates still being offered to guests once deal is turned off? How do I rectify?
Good Morning
I am having a problem with mobile rate plans still being offered (and obviously stacked - which I hadn't anticipated) and although I've switched it off on the extranet, it is still being offered when I search my property.
Any suggestions to rectify? Also how can I switch it off using Pulse app?

Hi Jo
Pulse is only a cut down version of the Extranet , so you do not get the full set of features.
You need to use a browser on a PC to manage it.
Extranet > Rates & Avail Menu > Mobile Rates
**Looks like they have moved it into Promotions.
