Apartment facilities

Hi.  I've just listed my 3 properties on booking.com today.  When I went in the app as a guest,  it says there are no Wifi or internet connections in my apartments.  I don't understand why  as I did click on this when asked as "yes".  How do I add this facility.  I've try everything and its driving me crazy.  Please can you help me ?

To edit information about your property’s internet services, just follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to the extranet and select the ‘Property’ tab. Click on 'Policies'.
  2. In the Internet, parking and pets section, click on Edit’ to manage your internet information, including cost, connection type and service location within the property.
  3. Remember to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.


For facilities in general you should be able to update them in your Property tab.
