Arrival and departure restrictions

Good afternoon all,

I am quite new as a property owner to Booking and I just received a booking for next year (yeah!) however it's on an arrival day that we normally don't do arrivals (we have week bookings from Saturday to Saturday). The guest wants to arrive and depart on a Sunday. Now I read that you can add this to restrictions however in my restrictions tab next to my rate I can only choose day restrictions....so booking for at least an X number of days. Nothing about no arrivals/departures. Can anyone help? Many thanks

yes you need to message PS team to request all hidden extended field s in calendar be activated.

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
