Bad sincronization of Booking

Hi, we had a reservation on Airbnb for the days 9th and 10th of July and thirty minutes later we had a reservation on Booking also for the 9th and 10th of July. So the sincronozation worked bad... And now i need to cancel the reservation of booking. I asked to my guest to do it but she doesn't answer. Could you do it? And please check what happens with the calendar.
