the bank account has changed

Hello! Can you tell me what to do if the booking is paid for and the bank account has changed? How do I get paid in this case? Sincerely, Natalia

Hi Natalia,

 

If you got paid before you updated your bank info you need to message support to report it.

 

You should also contact the bank the moneyt was sent to for the account you closed in your name as they too may be able to redirect to your new account, until you ask them youll never know.

 

Else you need to wait for the transfer to expire and return to Booking, then they need your new bank details and will rerun the transfer.

 

 


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
