Booked but not Booked
Recently started using FreetoBook Channel Manager. Just yesterday i realised that when a guest tries to book after 8pm, the apartment will be indicated as already booked yet in both the freetobook and booking.co calendar it indicated the apartment is readily available. What could be causing this, i'm a bit confused now.

Unless there are others here using this C.M. 3rd party service, you really should be contacting their support team officially.
The only other thing I can think it might be is if you have any restrictions set under the Property > Polices area.
Review the sections to see if there is anything setup to restrict check -in times. and remove or alter as needed.

You could add a photo of your area via Partner Hub / Community/ Partner Community /Aaltje B : photo's from partners from around the world.
What does your property look like from the outside , or what would you advise youre guests should see in close proximity ?
