booking# ***

this booking number was for a stay on 5/18 for 1 night for 2 rooms, there is some type of payment error, that very well could be on the hotel's part, I needed to see if this booking was paid for by the guest to you and a virtual card was provided to us, it must be older where my normal channel of getting this information on your site is not available. I see no other card than the ones each guest provided, so it this was a Prepay to Booking.com I need a card to clear the charges and correct the error to the guest.  Please respond as quickly as possible.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
