Hi I am a host. my account number is ***. I have tried to call booking.com to discuss this above guest booking number. The calender was supposed to be synced with airbnb but for some reason the month of June seems to have failed guest and doubled booked. I spoke to someone yesterday and they asked me if I I can find an alternative accommodation for the guest for their booking 4 june to 6 of June. The guest called me to say they have received an email from booking.com about cancelling their booking. I have spoken to the guest and they have are willing to accept an alternative I have for them. can I have a working contact number for booking,com to call someone to discuss how this will work.

How it works :

1. OTA  Calendar syncing is unreliable by default. You must use a Channel Manager if you list on 2 or more OTA. otherwise it will result in double bookings when you are not able to manually block. i.e. asleep

e.g.  syncbnb.com; beds24; cloudbeds etc..



2. Alternative arrangements for the guest. Keep it simple deal with them directly, keep BdC out of it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
