a Booking

I have had a booking come in for Monday 2nd august till Friday 6th for a Mrs *** ***. 

She has contacted me to ask "Why have i cancelled her booking"? 

booking no. ***

I know nothing about this as far as i am aware and the customer needs confirmation of her booking with us.
