I am having difficulty contacting yourselves 

Due to unforseen circumstances - i am going to have to cancel the reservation made


Please can I have someone to call me on the Land line to discuss further

Yes this is a genuine problem for guests and hosts,  only way is  NOSHOW  within 48 hrs window at Extranet and pulse , Is that enough ??Messages at extranet to Booking .com is seldom addressed  with clarity

  1. Cancel directly with Guest
    1. Inform the guest by message, but dont get into it, i.e. dont overshare.
    2. As soon as you do that, use the Request Cancel feature on the reservation page on right pane.
    3. Choose option 2 and follow prompts , now you wait for them to get the second message , which is from the BdC system
    4. Now you wait for the Guest to see that message and click on the confirm link.
  2. Another consideration before this scenario, is see if they will move the dates.
  3. Worst case is you message or phone BdC Partner Support to do it all for you, and if the  guest does not cancel their visit, BdC will issue you a relocation invoice for their stay.


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
