I have 2 questions:

1) I have a guest trying to book my cottage for tomorrow, but apparently the site says the cottage is closed? It is open and my calendar show it is open......what is going on?

2) I have another guest, Booking Number ***, who wishes to alter her booking. She is booked for 25 and 26 Dec.....and wants to change to 24 and 25 Dec. I have tried to alter this on the side panel next to the calendar, but it is not accepting my alteration. Why?

Calendar Availability

  1. Missing Property Link in Partner Profile - Please add it , so we can view and see availability too. guide below.
  2. Also check My Availability  guide to make sure there are no restrictions blocking it, such as minimum advanced reservation time.
  3. The quickest way would be to phone Bdc support  immediately
    (see guide below)
    or access the booking and payment directly. (zero commission).


Dont forget to block that room date and or reduce inventory by 1 if you take a direct booking.


Alter another Booking

  • Open the its details page and click on Change dates on the right pane.
  • Is this greyed out?
  • If greyed out you must message or phone BdC Support to alter it.
