booking and not arrived the guest

Hello namaste 

I had some booking and not arrived to my hotel but booking.com send me invoices. How may i cancel fake reservation ? kindly please suggest me.

And now i have big booking for 4 days for 14 rooms but still they didn't contact us.I think this also fake booking. How may i canceled this?

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.


Note: In general  a No Show is not a fake booking .


  • What makes you  think they are fake?   
  • Why do you think they should be contacting you ahead of arrival?
  • Where does this  expectation come from ?
  • Are they pre-paying at check out on booking website ?
  • Or are you taking payment on arrival?



If you have concerns like this you need to contact BdC support immediately ,and not post it here as no action will be taken for you.
