As you have not completed your profile to include your listing I cant review it to see exactly where the setup went wrong.
Either do so now and/or link it here please.
Then consider for now start using the calendar to block dates, before you contact BdC support directly.
Simply go to footer of this page and under Partner Help, click Contact Us. Look for the phone number for your region.
As it is urgent do not use message option.
