Why do you need a PMS ?
BdC already provides a booking platform and extranet management tool along with pulse smart phone app.
You said house and not hotel, so really only a hotel would have a PMS.
If you list on 2 of more OTAs then you would sign up for a 3rd party Channel manager service such as cloudbeds, nobeds etc
