Booking is Cancelled for 11th July but the calendar is still showing 'Not Available'

Hello,

My property address 252 Charlton Road, Harrow, London - HA3 9HJ (UK). Yesterday, the guest cancelled the booking of 11th July 2021 but the calendar is still showing occupied. Please mark the day as available as we need to avail Euro 2020 Final Day.

If the reservation on extranet list shows still active then it has not actually been cancelled by  guest,

 

Message the guest to do it properly :

  1. Guest logon to your account  , click reservation, click cancel to initiate.
  2. Guest contact CS on main website to initate it

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
