Booking is Cancelled for 11th July but the calendar is still showing 'Not Available'


My property address 252 Charlton Road, Harrow, London - HA3 9HJ (UK). The 11th July2021 booking is cancelled but the calendar shows unavailable. Please make the room available for booking as Euro 2020 Football Final is on that day and it is most rewarding day.

That sounds like the reservation was not properly cancelled by the guest.


They must either do it on the booking in their account or contact Customer Service.


If they fail to and only message or phone you , that is not cancelled if you didnot follow it up and click Request Cancel

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
