Booking cancelling from host

I am a host.

Guest  booked my apt without telling he has e dog, apt no pet allowed - ref booking 3166735534- mailed him he cannot check-in but no news about cancelling booking , Can I refuse to chek in him ????? can you tel him to cancel booking??? the period is one of the top date for holidays this season !!!!
