A booking made by a interstate guest who no longer is allowed to travel and has given me an incorrect phone number

I need to cancel a booking made by covid affected guest. He has not given me the correct phone number to speak to him and is not responding to my emails.  I want to open up the dates for guests who will be allowed to travel to my apartment

report it to partner support and have them cancel it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
