Booking minimum nights

I have a 2 night min stay yet a guest has just booked and managed to book a 1 night stay. This is not worth my while and why has it been allowed??

Hi Meg

  1. Your Extranet Calendar config is what allowed it. 
  2. It is important to lean how to use it and reccommend List View to review.

    Expand the Room Type, then Rate plan.
  3. This is common issue for new partners not realising even though not location verified yet, that booking can come in.

    Best to set status to Closed per Room Type.

Sorry to hear about your struggles...

Double check your calendar and make sure all your dates have a min. 2 days stay.


In checking my calendar I have noticed that sometimes my min. days stay in some dates differ.


You can always contact your local BDC office and ask them to check your calendar and fix it.
