booking not according to minimum stay

I have selected a minimum stay of 2 nights for most of the dates.

Yet I received already several reservations for only 1 night although for that day that the guest had booked a minimum stay of 2 nights were indicated.

How is that possible?

It shouldnt be if the setup actually saved.

Have you checked the calendar in list view to see pricing for room types and rate plans/promos to make sure the :

  • minimum length of stay is >1
  • check restrictions
