Booking is not answering to my messages :/

I provided bank details to get my payouts from my guests, But it says my payouts are blocked. I tried to contact Partner support but no answer for day.

When I put in my bank details I used special sign ''ć'' in our last name. I changed it now but it says changes will be live in a few days. Could that be the reason why booking didnt accept my bank account? 

Please help.
